The stoker burning cell used in our boilers -the tank, is made up from the special fire resistant concrete so that no deformation and corrosion occurs like the other mould tanks. By doing so a long-life has been provided. It provides cheap fuel and controlled burning.

The suitable thermic protection has been provided to the automatic burning system control panel including the engine phase protection, the fuel feed and the stop timer has an unlimited adjusting possibilty from 0,1 seconds to 1 hour.

Compared to manual feed riffle boilers, our stoker boilers get enough fuel for burning inside the boiler's fireplace, so that economical and controlled fuel usage happens and as a result less fuel is consumed.

There is enough construction and preperation time for coal's burning phases (warming up, draining, gasing, reaching the burning temperature, burning) by the help of the stoker tank's special design, resulting an IDEAL BURNING and decrease in the smut and dross output.

The temperature increase risk caused by the electricity cut-offs don't occur in the stoker boilers. It is fairly safe againts the electricity cut-offs. The boiler water temperature is adjusted by the controller thermostat. If the cooling fan breaks down by any cause, the fuel feed stops automatically by the help of the suitable design of the control panel. That is to say, the fuel feed doesnt get activated unless the fan runs. (Except manual feed option)
